I am a chef currently dividing my time between kitchen work and degree studies at Lancaster University so as you can imagine I like my kitchen to be kept clean and hygienic! Although I am a student this is not a student house; it would be more suited to a mature student academic or professional person. Age and gender are not an issue. The room is a large double (136 x 100) with a built-in wardrobe 6x mains sockets TV aerial radiator wooden dresser with mirror and a pine double bed. There is a shared bathroom with bath shower washbasin and WC. The shared living room includes a leather sofa stone-built fireplace wooden parquet flooring 40 HD TV Freeview stereo Wii etc. The kitchen is fully fitted and opens into the carpeted dining area with a separate fridge/freezer for your own use.
